If you have particularly heavy or expensive headphones, then you’ll love this 3D printed headphone stand designed with a mesh frame to fortify it to the point of holding a full, unopened soda can.

It’s also fully customizable to suit your decor or desk setup by simply deciding which color filament suits your current look best.

While it doesn’t require rafts or supports to print perfectly, a recommended minimum infill of 50% is needed to ensure good strength and durability.

2. Super Simple 3D Printed Headphone Stand

If you have multiple headphones and want a stand to suit them all, then this easy 3D printed headphone stand is perfect for you. As a universal headphone stand, it’s designed to fit the most common brands of headphones from Logitech to Astro.

It’s a one-piece print requiring neither supports nor rafts, so it can be done by anyone on just about any 3D printer, making it ideal for beginners who need a good, simple 3D printed headphone stand that doesn’t take up much space.

3. Useful Headset Stand

  • Designer: DecoPrint
  • Price: Free

This 3D printed headset stand is a great addition to any gamer’s desk, fitting in perfectly with the black and lit-up keyboards and mice seen in many modern PC gaming setups. The tall structure makes it perfect as a display piece as well as somewhere to safely store your headphones when not in use.

The creator has even marked this design for full remixing and customization, and has allowed for sharing or even selling your version of this headphone stand as long as you credit the original.

4. 3DPrintBunny Headphone Stand 3D Prints

  • Price: Free

If you want something more detailed than the simple headphone stands we’ve looked at so far, then you’ll want to check out this collection by well-known, versatile 3D print designer 3DPrintBunny.

The collection features a host of 3D printed headphone stands inspired by a variety of recognizable IPs, at least one of which is sure to jump out at you. From Star Wars to Minecraft and the Star Trek headphone stand in the video above, each of these designs is available on Printables free of charge.

5. Anti-Clutter Desk Headset Holder

  • Download: Thingiverse
  • Designer: philbarrenger
  • Price: Free

Desks can get cluttered pretty easily, especially if you spend a lot of time at yours. This very simple vice-like 3D printed headphone holder is a great way to keep your headphones safe while also keeping them off your workstation.

This is great for those of you who need to keep plenty of other things like books and tech on your desk, or simply don’t have the space for a more traditional headphone stand.

This design is strong enough even with only 15% infill, making it an economic choice if you don’t want to use too much filament. It’s also a simple model to both print and assemble, using very little engineering to make an easy but very useful 3D printed headphone holder.

6. 3D Printed Headphone Statue Stand

Just because 3D printed headphone stands need to be practical, there’s no reason they can’t look cool too. This design combines form and function, using a statue-like standing design that reinforces the stand to hold even heavier headphones.

Due to the complex shape, you will need supports to make this work, the ideal settings for which are fortunately outlined in the free STL files.

Please note that this is a rather large 3D printed headphone stand, so you’ll want to make sure your printer has a build plate of at least 200 x 200 x 200mm for optimum results.

7. 3D Printed Batman Headset Stand

Batman fans rejoice, this 3D printed headphone stand features the silhouette of the titular dark knight that any DC fan will recognize and love. Designed to be a simple, but fairly large, headphone stand, it makes a great addition to any comic book reader’s desk provided you have enough space.

Despite its hollow appearance, this headphone stand is capable of securely holding even heavier headphones provided it’s printed with at least 25% infill. Because of its size and detail, it takes around 6 hours to print, so make sure you start this project earlier in your day.

8. Vertebranium Spinal Cord Headphone Stand

  • Download: MyMiniFactory
  • Designer: ClockSpring
  • Price: $3.90 (Free if Patreon Subscriber)

One of the coolest, and a little macabre, entries on this list is the Vertebranium headphone stand, a 3D printed holder that’s also a large fidget toy. Using a string of 3D printed hinges, the clever design is articulated when lifted but folds into a sturdy curved shape with a headphone holder at its tip.

Despite its large size, this 3D printed headphone stand doesn’t need supports provided it’s printed on its side. However, a print of this size will naturally require a larger build area of at least 205 x 203mm and is not designed to be easily scaled, so it’s best to make sure your printer is big enough for the task.

You can find more information and printing tips on the designer’s Patreon page.

9. Funny Headphone Stand

  • Designer: FRISSON3D
  • Price: $3.28
Funny 3D Printed Headphone Stand

If you’ve found the headphone stands to be too minimalist for your liking, then maybe you’ll like this funny, Picasso-inspired stand instead. Its fun, colorful, and kitsch design is perfect for those of you who want a 3D printed headphone holder that’s just the right amount of whacky.

Each part of this stand is printed separately and designed to lock together for easy assembly, meaning you can print this project in multiple, clashing colors even without a dual extruder!

10. Customizable Headphone & Controller Stand

  • Download: Printables
  • Designer: Colin J Haynes
  • Price: Free
Headphone and Controller Stand for Gamers

If you’re a PC gamer, you might want to check out these STL files which are perfect for holding both headphones and a controller simultaneously.

The print is far from complex, needing only super glue to put it together, and the design includes enough space to put your name, gamer tag, or anything else you’d like to print separately and stick to the finished model.
